PCSing weeks before due date

Hello all! I need some advice from anyone who has had to PCS very late in their pregnancy. Right now I am about 21 weeks pregnant and I have a C section scheduled for October 5th with a doctor I LOVE. The problem is, I have no idea wether or not we will still be here in October. My husband will recieve his orders in late August/September and there is a chance that we could stay put for 2 more years OR have to move right before my due date. I am not sure wether it would be best to try and switch doctors that late or stay here with my toddler and keep my scheduled C section. Any advice is welcomed :)
