Pregnant before returned period? Few questions post MMC

Is it possible to be pregnant before your period returns after a D&C; for a MMC? We weren’t planning on trying for a while due to a few factors even though my OBGYN gave me the OK to try. Two weeks after I had my D&C; we had unprotected sex and a few days before but have been using protection since. It’s been two weeks since this and I’m starting to get old symptoms back. So just curious if this happens to anyone berore and you were pregnant or even when AF returned after your D&C.; I have gotten a neg hot so when can I test for the new pregnancy? Sorry about 50 questions.
