How long did your diapers last you?

I’m wondering about the realistic lifespan of cloth diapers.
How many years and children did your diapers last through before wearing out?
Brand? Type of diaper? New or used?

Depends on the brand. I used mother-ease terry diapers with mother-ease covers and I got them 2nd hand. Used them for two years and two children used them full time after mine!

My diapers are currently 2.5years old and are now being used on my 9week old and 2.5year old (who is potty training).

I have bumgenius pockets mostly along with a few other brands. She’s 2 and still going strong. Got about half my stash used. I likely will replace elastics as a precaution before my next little comes along as long as the current is potty trained. I probably don’t need to but it’ll be good for my peace of mind.

using Smart Bottoms, the ones we have bought brand new are about 2 years old and in near perfect condition. ones that we bought used have been used much much longer than that and are all still in excellent condition except for 1 (and it's like a 5+ year old heavily used diaper but we still use it for overnight).

I have clothed two kids in 2 years. My diapers haven't had a break in that time at all. still going strong. for pockets I have (in order from most useful/best to least useful/most problematic): SmartiPants,  kung poo diapers,  alva. for covers I swear by thirsties, they're the best! Next I like flips then alva. I've only ever replaced elastic in the diapers I got used that already needed them replaced!
