What do “painful periods” mean regarding Endometriosis?

Does that mean bad cramps or something else?

pain so bad pain meds don't touch it,so nausous from the pain. I have passed out from the pain before.

I puke from the pain, my doctor described it as being 5cm dilated pain scale wise with contractions. When I was younger before i was diagnosed I was in hospital on morphine drip for 2 days bc I was in so much pain. Nothing else helped, the very first time the doctors thought I was kidding about my pain until they did an u/s.

I had cramps so bad if I didn’t take ibuprofen I would literally vomit from the pain.

I have endometriosis , and let me start off by saying my period cramps are as bad as contractions , they make me cry because it hurts so bad , and the blood flow is extremely heavy and tons of clots.
