Targeted scan

Went for a regular ultrasound at 20 weeks. Everything looked good except they couldn’t get the greatest pics of our little girl’s heart. They saw a tiny bright spot or calcification on the one image they took. Doctor didn’t seem concerned and literally told me not to worry but we have to go back to have a Level 2 or Targeted scan. I can’t help but worry!

Anyone have this happen and the secondary scan turn up nothing and everything is fine? Looking for encouragement to help ease my mind :) thank you!
