Confusing guy!!!!!!¡

I asked my guy friend do you want to hang out today, you know to see a movie or something casual. He replies I’ll check if I’m busy and text you. 3 days later, the day I said we could meet up, no response. But he is still sends me streaks so it’s not like he is blanking me completely. I just wanted to know what does this mean, is he just pretty busy, or does he is genuinely dislike me? Thank u for any comments:)
