For weeks I asked my doctor about preeclampsia due to rapid weight gain and protein in my urine but she said no. That those symptoms are normal in pregnancy... Yeah 3-5 lbs a week super normal.. not. My due date was May 22nd, on May 12th I went in to work like normal. Around 6pm I went on my lunch break with a massive headache, I also noticed starry eyed vision. I looked up and yet again google said preeclampsia. So I called the doctors office and a wonderful Dr. Weigman was on call and instructed me to stay calm and go to labor and delivery. Get there and my blood pressure was through the roof. I was admitted, although I was extremely sick almost reaching seizure status on Monday May 14th 2018 @ 12:32am my beautiful baby boy was born i am extremely grateful and blessed.
