gonorrhea ?

i need advice , so i am a teenager and am sexually active but when giving oral i have not used a condom .. but now my throat is a bit sore and when i look at my throat there seems to be white on my tonsils . i am unable to get myself tested and i am trying to avoid telling my parents at all circumstances , my boyfriend says he has been tested and it has come out negative but i am still scared i might have gonorrhea . i’m not sure what to do or who to talk to i am freaking out :( it may be strep or tonsillitis but i have no clue what to do ..
