Constipated? TMI

Question

My baby is 2 months old and his last 3 poops have been like this. Does this mean he’s constipated? And what can I give him? FTM and I already give him gripe water for his colic. Thanks!

Unfortunately there is nothing over the counter you can give him, but there are a few things you can do. Massage his stomach, bicycle legs, give him a warm bath, give him water especially after feeding.  These things should help. Suppositories are the last resort and must be prescribed by a doctor. 
I don’t think he is constipated from the photo. Water should help. As long as he is not struggling to push he is ok.

warm brown sugar water worked a treat on my LG when she was around 2-3 months old, tiny bit of sugar, like tip of a teaspoon in an ounce of warm water
