You can take Delsym cough syrup. Just be sure to follow the dosage instruction and don’t get the DM kind. I had the flu and a couple colds while pregnant.

Hi ladies I am concerned about the medication I use for the asthma, is Breo Ellipta I asked to my doctor and he told me I can keep using it one dose a day if needed( I don’t use it everyday) but I am worried because is the only one medicine I am taking and I understand has steroids. I will go again and ask him all over again if there’s a better option. I am 10 weeks 5 days today and I am still using Breo.

Your Dr gave you an amazing list. Mine is a quarter that. I too have a cold and now it has moved to the chest. I have throat lozenges, humidifier and that's all I've used for the second wave of this cold. Rest, soup, Hot fluids. Also saline nasal rinse and airborne (I think I just like the flavor).

A lot of doctors would just say keep hydrated and rest even if you weren’t pregnant for a cough 😞 maybe honey and lemon tea to soothe your throat?

The blue box mucinex worked well for me when I was prego. The blue box is the regular one and was the only one my dr said I could use.
It’s for colds, but most coughs are from post nasal drip. 
Claritin can work too for coughs, depending on the type of cough

Sudafed should help, too. Maybe ask a pharmacist when you go pick something up. Here’s the list from my doctors office, FYI.
