Pre-seed!!!
Sharing this with the people who were in my shoes... we tried for nearly 2 and 1/2 years. Went to fertility doctors. They said my husband had low motility. Tried all their plans. We were about to start IUIs... when someone said use preseed.
ONE CYCLE OF USING IT and we found out we were pregnant.
I will say that was our miracle til the end!
