Could this be from my birth control?

So I just started taking the pill Sunday, May 27th.... and I’m almost a week into them and this started forming yesterday. It started on my feet and I thought it was a heat rash, but then I had to go home early because it hurt to walk. Fast forward the next day and it has spread up my legs and on my arms.... also my right arm is a bit tingly and it went numb when I was sleep (I sleep in the same position every night and this has never happened before.)

Can someone please help!! 😩😩
