Need help!

So I had a positive test on the 19th May, but because I had doubts of it being invalid (other people did say on here that it looks invalid) so I ignored it but it was 1 day before i was due my period. I was then late for nearly 2 days and I started bleeding lightly however I had no cramps but tingly feelings. It was a light to medium to light bleeding. Normally my period would be 7 days but it faded by the 3rd day so I have doubts that it was a period. So I’ve been taking more tests and they come up all negative atm. I have been sick, feeling sick, tingly feelings in my belly. I need advice. And I need help. Has anyone had these symptoms before they found out they were pregnant?
