Help!

Hi girls, in need of some help!

A couple of days ago I was getting this weird itchy feeling in and around my vagina, days prior to it, I was leaking this weird clear discharge that smelled weird. I thought with my period coming, I was just ovulating weirdly... my period came and the itching continued, again, I thought nothing of it as my period had come. It continued however when my period stopped. Couple days after my period, I started bleeding again. But it was extremely bright red this time around.

The Oder of this discharge now is rather out there. I don’t know what’s going on and I have planned a doctors appointment on Monday. I’m just a little concerned because I’ve been looking down(taking pictures) and have seen that my Labia(flaps) are swollen but it’s yellow? I could be worrying myself.. but its still my body and I’m still rather worried.

I know this isn’t the 100% accurate place to go but I want at least some advice to see what it COULD be.

PSA: I just want to add that I’ve been regularly washing myself. I washed down below last night and within getting out of the shower, it started burning and stinging. I don’t know what happened. I’ve been doing the same routine for months.

UPDATE: someone asked me if it hurts to use the restroom. No. It doesn’t.
