Npr but freaking out , are these normal?

Does anyone else have these?? I’m freaking out so much as I keep seeing photos of what they shouldn’t look like and this is only one one breast, I checked years ago and doc couldn’t feel any lumps and I went about discharge oozing and crust but doc cleared as sensitive skin and it can be normal but I’m just not convinced does anyone else have these at all?? Can you tell me what they are ?
