Belly band?

So my last pregnancy I didn’t have a belly band, just didn’t think about it. But of course my back hurt a lot towards the end. Has anyone had one? If so did you like it or think it’s worth it? I’ve been looking on motherhood maternity. And when should I start wearing it?

This is what I use. It's amazing. I also got a belly band (the stretchy material band) from target to pair with it.

I got mine from amazon for about $20. It's really nice to have, especially for work. I started to use mine around 24 weeks or so.

I have one and I love it! They're expensive but I found mine at goodwill brand new I would still pay the extra money for it.
