I saw a post on Facebook that was a list of all of the weird things about British homes that would shock Americans. I read tons of them and found them SO interesting. I've also read the other side of things, which is the weird things about American Life that shocks other countries (like canned cheese). It made me curious. What country are you from, and what countries have you visited whose life style gave you a shock? Any practices that you noticed while being oversees that you thought was super odd? On the flip side, what are some misconceptions or stereotypes about your country that you'd like to debunk?
