non painful contractions?

I'm not sure if it is braxton hicks, or early labor. FTM I'm 37 weeks 6 days with a breech baby here, I've been having contractions ranging 8-10 minutes apart for the last 1.5 hours. they arnt necessarily painful just feel very tight. my back has hurt all day however, and hurts more when I get a contraction. please help! confused if I should be concerned or not. thanks so much
