Help! Reoccurring issue

Hey ladies

My lo is a little over 4 mo old, we are ebf and I pump when I. Am at work

So on Friday I woke up with my first ever clogged duct

I was able to get it away within aFew hours by massage heat and nursing

Now I have the same duct clogged again 😭

I am at lost on why

I get so scared because I don’t want mastitis

Any tips?

My lo went down for the night already so idk what to do. I don’t want to wake her.

Should I just pump every few hours throughout the night?

Could it be something I’m Doing wrong?

We never had issues until now :/
