First bottle

So I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding since my 9 week old son was born and am realizing I need to give him a bottle or soon or it’s just going to be more difficult to give it to him.

Now that I’m about to give a bottle I’m thinking how the heck do I do this. Do I pour the milk from the bag into the bottle or should I use a funnel to pour it in?

I’m also wondering now that I’ll give him bottles how to I go out with a bottle and breast milk. Do I want to have an ice pack to keep it cold if I’ll be out for more than a few hours or just don’t let the milk out for more than 3-4 hours at room temp? I’m so lost on this part lol
