I pump every three hours for 20 mins. It hasn’t been bad and it works for me and baby girl. But I also have a 2 year old. Every time I sit to pump he always has to go potty, or wants me to read a thousand books, or get him a drink or snack... 20 mins is a long time to just sit and be glued to a pump when you have a needy toddler.

My question is... for those of you who EP, how long do you do it for and can you eventually cut your time back to maybe 10 mins?
