Bleeding in the middle of my cycle! Please help!

So my period was over a week ago. Well today at work I started to get my back cramps, like I was about to start or on my period, but I shrugged it off because I’m no where close to starting. Well I go to the bathroom, and low and behold, there is brown/dark red blood. So now I’m kind of worried. I never spot between periods. Me and my fiancé have been having aloooooot of sex this week. So I’m wondering if that has something to do with it? Obviously I looked it up on google and it told me cervical cancer and I’m just scaring myself. I don’t have insurance right now to go get checked out so I just figured I’d ask on here and see if any of you ladies have experienced this. Please help!!
