I wet the bed! WTF!?

I wet the bed early this morning and I don't know why. I don't even think I was dreaming that I was going to the bathroom, it just happened. So I'm not a morning person, I wake up sometime after 8 every morning and my blather knows that! But I peed the bed at 6am. And it wasn't a lot because I felt it and woke up right away. I finished in the bathroom. But I'm adult with an average pelvic floor. I don't pee when I sneeze or anything and I've never had this happen b4. Even as a child once potty trained I wasn't a bed wetter. I've never been pregnant, currently not sexually active, and I'm 23 years old. So why did I wet the bed a little? I'm confused and disturbed that this even happened and I'm so glad my BF wasn't in the bed during my incident. Does anyone know what or why this happened to me?
