What did your doctor do for your PGP?

Mine recommended the belly belt, which I haven't tried yet. I am curious to see what your doctors did for you and what helped/did not help.?

physio, belt and that's it. nothings helped me, just dealing with it!

what I've found to help is muscle relaxers (flexoral) at night only when I'm in massive pain and make sure the dr clears it and prenatal yoga. I was also recommended the band, but not sure it would help. I did some KT tape on Sunday that seemed to help, make an "X" from lower side going over belly button slightly pulling the stomach up. Also a chiropractor could possibly help and teach you to correctly apply the tape.
