Stil don’t believe it

I still can’t believe I’m pregnant!!! I’m 7 weeks gone conceived with ivf! I’m still doing pregnancy tests 🙈.. have a scan next week so scared about it I want it to be ok and have a heart beat! I’m sure everything will be fine! Does anyone else feel like this? We have been trying since 5years ago... we also get married next month 🤣 my partner cannot wipe the smile from his face since he’s found out! Soon as I done the test (he was at work) I didn’t tell him I done one! I put the test in a box and I told him I had a present for him he thought it was to do with fishing (as it’s his sport) 🤣 his face was a picture I have it on video!!
