Dumb CM question!!

First of all I apologise for the stupid question but today when I went toilet I had creamy type cottage cheese discharge/mucus in my knickers. When I looked at pictures on google relating to this discharge it stated on numerous fertility sites that this was “implantation mucus” have any of you ladies experienced this as AF is due in 14 days n I had unprotected sex last week n now I’m cramping like nobody’s business!
