Pain in crotch when let down
I’m almost six seeks postpartum and about a week ago I started getting a pain in my crotch when I’m breastfeeding. It usually only happens during let down. It goes away after ten seconds or so but I have no idea why it happens. It kind of feels like contractions but the pain is sharper and not quite as intense. I know that’s normal at first to shrink your uterus back down, but is it normal this long after birth?
