does my belly look bigger tbis pregnancy??

so after my sonogram my Husband complained saying Im not doing right by our daughter I was bigger with our 3rd son and I ate more with him now a little history on the pregnancies i could not eat for 6 month with my son I was nausea n threw up the whole time I only gained 16 lbs he was a healthy boy 7lbs 10 oz. now I'm pregnant with our daughter I eat everything I dont have nausea I drink water daily as well I gained 20 lbs with her so far 3 months to go and I know I'm bigger. so I just wanted to ask you ladies what you think I am a small women Btw. what gender am I bigger with?
