OBGYN is refusing to see me

So I just found out yesterday that my Doctor is requiring me to pay $2500 up front before he will see me for my second pregnancy. I have already been to his office 3 times during this pregnancy because a previous pregnancy resulted in an ectopic and ruptured tube. There is absolutely no way I will be able to pay $2500 up front to him. I also went and applied for pregnancy Medicaid today and was told my husband makes too much. I am now a sahm due to my daughter constantly being sick in daycare. Now I am at a loss and have no idea where to go from here. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: the $2500 is for all pregnancy expenses leading up to birth. They sort of agreed to payment plan. Which would be roughly $415 a month until December. And I still can’t afford that
