Gf started self harming?

We have been in a relationship for 10 months. I cheated but we decided to try to move on from it. I don't think she is handling it well, ever since, she's been different, she's happy some days but other days she's a completely different person and gets angry at me and cries and brings up what I did.
I still want to work things with her because I love her, but I noticed she's been self harming. I know it's because of what I did and I don't know what to do.. It's been a really tough month.
EDIT: She has NEVER self harmed before. She just digs her nails in her arms. She has many scars. People may think this is nothing but I think it is as serious as any other self harm. She is 21.

She’s acting that way because she’s trying to be happy cause she loves you but it hurts inside because of what you did. She wants to let it go but she can’t. I’d say do her a favor a leave her. Unless you want her to stay hurt inside.

I would just leave her... she's trying to forgive you or at least deal with it, but it's obviously NOT working. She should find somebody who is as loyal as she is.

Sounds to me like you need to split up on mutual terms because things like this don’t get better, they just go sour.  Some people can forgive and rebuild and others just can’t. She sounds like she’s really hurting and what’s going on in her head right now must be torture. If you love her I think it’s time to let her go

What kind of self harm? How old is she? Is there a history of self harm?

In my opinion, you should just break up with her. Not because of her being an issue, but because she obviously isn’t handling you cheating well. I know when I was in this situation, I used to wish and hope constantly that he would just leave me so it would hurt less. I couldn’t break up with him myself because I loved him too much. Maybe it’ll get better, maybe you should hold on, but in my experience, her pain won’t get better and she will always feel this way. At least to some extent.
