Any nurses or doctors I need a response

My baby girl was in her room playing she has all types of toys I have a baby monitor but it has no camera I was in the kitchen cleaning she’s 2 but she ran out hollering and idk what happened she was holding her back and this is what I saw immediately I’m panicking because I don’t know if she hurt something major or not l. (No shaming me keep in mind you can’t keep and eye on a child 24hrs a day ) her room set up is of a typical 2yr old
