Trump signs the Right to Try Act

Candy

Recently president trump signed the right to try act, allowing patients with terminal illness to try experimental treatment even if it has not yet been approved by the fda. To me this seems like a great thing and could possibly save a life or progress medical research, and a very bipartisan issue. Curious as to why people would be against it? If you voted bad please explain and enlighten. Thanks!
