Does this look fishy to anyone else?

This was posted on a Mommy group I’m in on Facebook. Read the post and look at the picture this entire post doesn’t sit well with me and a lot of other moms agree, thing is you can post your stuff on there anonymously so we don’t know her identity to actually do anything about it. The whole thing seems fishy, and if you look at her nose there’s something there to which was not mention and looked like this woman attempted to cover it up.

The Mom Page is protecting her.
