How would you feel if you paid way too much money for an apartment that was only two bedroom but you need a three bedroom because you’re pregnant. Then to top it all off you can’t get a home loan because of your credit score , so your in laws ask for you guys to move into there little ass home ?

Seems like you need to come up with a plan. 
If you feel like you paid too much for your apartment, then move somewhere cheaper. A baby doesn’t automatically mean another room. Baby will likely sleep in your room for the first few months, and depending on what’s in the 2nd room, baby could move in there after that. 
Be grateful that they offered you room in their ‘little ass home.’ If you don’t want to move in there, then thats fine, but it’s nice to be thankful when people make room for you in their lives in order to try and make YOUR life better or easier. 
You’ll have a few months to form a plan. I’m sure you won’t get a home right away, but you should start working on your credit now so that in the future you CAN get a house.

Answer

If it won’t drive you absolutely crazy, maybe take them up one the offer and move in until you can get your credit fixed and save up for a down payment?
