Swelling feet, ankles, hands...help!

So I’m about 5 weeks and 5 days I think I haven’t had my first appointment but omg my feet and ankles are so swollen I have roll around my whole ankle when I bend them and my skin is so tight and they hurt to walk on, my fingers are also very swollen. I’ve been drinking tons of water, eating relatively healthy also. With my son I swelled but I remember it being EXTREMELY late in the pregnancy 36-40 weeks. I was gonna call my dr but I’ll have to wait for 8AM
