What would you do?

Question

So my husband and I had walked to the park. Same kids come with a teen I think.  A lady drive up in a truck. She was talking o them. When I looked over at them I saw she had a car seat in her lap. Someone else driving.  I told my husband I think we should call cops and he said no let it go. So what do you think? I let it go. And hope nothing happens to the baby
Yes. I could see the baby’s arm moving. I was closer to her than the kids she was talking to. More like yelling to.  My husband didn’t see.  He was playing with our son on the swings.

I would call. That poor baby needs someone to look out for it if it’s parents are that careless.

I’d call. I’ve called the police on a woman allowing her child to run around a crowded parking lot and then put him in the backseat in a backless booster seat (he couldn’t be older than 2) She was pissed but it is what it is. The child comes first

I wouldn't bother, only because I know nothing will be done.  By the time the catch up to them, they will be out of the vehicle.

Could you see a baby in the seat? if so, I would have called for sure.

I’ve called the cops for babies not in car seats before while the person responsible was driving. I would hate if something happened to the kid and I could have stopped it
