It could be, or it could be a coincidence... just keep an eye out for how he reacts to you eating dairy in future

It could be incidental, but could also be a showing of an intolerance or allergy to dairy. I'd suggest starting a food diary (tracking what you eat & how baby reacts after feeds) to see if you get any patterns, also mention it to your pediatrician. If you see additional symptoms (mucousy poop, projectile vomiting, eczema/rash, etc) then maybe take your little to the doctor, sooner rather than later. Just FYI, it takes about 2 weeks for dairy to completely leave your system & if you must go dairy free, make sure you read all labels. It's in a ridiculous amount of things. Good luck Mama!

My baby was borderlie allergic to all dairy for the first 18 months of her life. same thing happened when she was baby and then she was even allergic and broke out from her own stool and urine. poor baby. she has since grown out of it and loves all things dairy. but she doesn't drink much milk at all.
