Scared to leave

I see so many posts on here about people’s partners cheating . My has been cheating too but I’m scared to leave because we have a baby together . Cheating seems so common . I feel like I’d rather stay and keep my family together . I don’t want to leave and end up with someone else who is going to cheat too. Plus my partner takes care of me and our son and we have a great bond the only downfall is the cheating ( from what I’ve seen it’s messaging and flirting ) . Anyways we may get couples counseling. My point of this post is to see if anyone else feels this way or have you been in this situation before ? Do you think cheating is more common than we think ?
