husbands lies, what to do?

before having kids, my SO told me hed stop swearing, and hed help me. but after having our 1st child, hes still the same old, swearing all day, everyday. and he never helps me w anything, he acts like hes not obligated to cause hes the only one working. he wrks 3 days only. when the kids annoyed him, hed tell them to shut the fuck up. even when hes not mad, he still swears. he uses fucking in almost every word that came out of his mouth. when we were still dating, i told him its a turn off and i dont like guys that swears, hes stop swearing, but started again after i married him. he got worst after having kids w him. its like his real, true self came out after kids. like he planned this so that itd be hard to leave him w kids.
