How to handle it

We have a newborn and 2 cats. The only things my husband is responsible for at home is trash and cleaning the litter box if I haven’t. He’s stopped doing both and the trash cans have been sitting on the curb since Wednesday. I asked him to wash baby’s bottles if he noticed they were dirty and he hasn’t touched them. I do everything for him around the house. Wash his clothes, his sweaty gym clothes, his uniforms for the next day. I make sure he has dinner when he comes home from working all day. He doesn’t help with the baby. I’ve asked him to help so many times but he just gets irritated. What should I do to get through to him? Do I stop doing everything for him? Will he even notice? Do I keep asking him for help? I just want his help, willingly 😔😔
