baby lost voice but wont stop screaming!?

for the past few days, my 1 yr old has been crabby, shouting, and crying all day. he gets frustrated really easily the past few days. he still is too and idk whats wrong. because of his nonstop screaming and shouting, he lost his voice. but hes still doing those things whenever hes upset. what do i need to do? ive offered him water, try to make him happy all day, but still the same. he doesnt seem sick to me, he just wants things his way, and gets upset if things doesnt go his way. like when hes playing w his car and it falls, hed get mad. or if he opens the fridge and i wont let him. and he doesnt let me wash the dishes, and if i wont let him bite onto something he wants to bite. and if a play on a show he doesnt want to watch. could he be teething and its making him upset easily? this behavior just started 2 days ago. advice please!
