is my hair wavy??

When women show their wavy hair it seems so much wavier than mine but I don't think my hair is straight. What do you think? (my hair is really frizzy i know)

Have you tried scrunching it when it is wet with to see how wavy it might be?

It isn’t stick straight, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it super wavy. Definitely not as straight as type 1a, but I don’t think it’s quite 2a— maybe more like 1c, which is still in the “straight” category but has some slight texture. Have you ever tried working to bring out more of that wavyness? You might be able to get some big beach waves if you work with it. 
You can find charts of different hair levels online. Some only include one hair type of “straight,” but I think there are different levels before you get to true wavy hair (which starts at 2a).

I would say ur hair is lightly wavy if you go to Shea moisture they have a couple helpful hair quizzes like high porosity or low porosity and what texture 1,2,3,4 a,b,c I'd say mine is 2b and yours is 1b/c. Just keep it healthy. All hair is beautiful it doesn't have to be super straight or super curly to be cute! Natural hair is trendy rn so embrace it

it has a slight wave to it. but i wouldnt consider it naturally wavy.
