I can’t believe it

I got my hair done yesterday. I went in for a partial highlight and a trim of about 2 in to get all the crunchy bits off. The lady did whatever she wanted!!!!!!! She took my hair and layered it and then highlighted only the front bits of my hair so orange. The layers dried and half my head is up to my shoulders and half of it is up to my lower back. I’m so upset. Even worse she cut it into a v. I told the manager that I didn’t want any of this and she fixed the highlights but it’s not like she can grow my hair back. I just needed to vent.
