Breaking out because of work

So I work in the kitchen of a fast food restaurant. I get paid very well for a job like that and I don’t want to quit, but now that I increased my hours for over the summer I break out so much! I think it’s because of all of the oil but I can’t stop my breakouts. Any suggestions or tips to keep acne away or soothe break outs? I wash my face every day after work and before I go to bed, so I have the basics taken care of. Anything is appreciated! 💕💕
