February 5 to May 31 progress!
Believe it or not, I’m flexing in the first picture 😅
I’ve been putting a ton of effort into flexible clean eating (80/20) and getting to the gym 4-6 days a week. I’ve learned so much about my body and what it means to be healthy and feel good. I can’t wait to see where I go if I keep this up!
I made a fitness instagram to keep myself accountable and it has really helped me. I have tried to get healthy the past two years since graduating from high so chool but each time I got passionate about it I fell off and I struggled to keep it up. Posting about what I’m going through and learning and
how I’m feeling has been huge for me keeping on track and I really suggest it for anyone struggling to keep up a regimen :)

I’m 5’1” ~122 lbs
In the left pic I’m about 127 lbs, but the heaviest I got was 135
