Would this be a misscarage?

So me and my partner are trying to conceive, the day after my ovulation started I was having cramps (like I would during my period and pain were my uteruse is) all the way up till my period started. 6 days after my period start date I felt a really sharp pain and later that day my period started. All the tests iv done are negative. I have never experience anything like this before. Does anyone have any ideas??
