Waking Up Too Early!!!
Every morning for the last two weeks I have woken up sometime between 4:30-5 am (my usual wake up time is 6:30-7). It doesn’t matter what time I go to sleep, and I have a really hard time getting back to sleep. I’m running on fumes and am beyond exhausted, and it’s getting to the point where it is impacting my job. Is anybody else dealing with this? Any suggestions?
