There's always more to a pic than just what you see. Perhaps the little girl had thrown a tantrum not want to be in the pic. Perhaps she refused to move off the bench. Maybe she was cracking it because she was told no to something a few minutes earlier. This one second snapshot of time does not prove nor disprove anything about dads parenting.

You dont know the whole story so my first thing would be to simply ask. The child could be in time out, they could be taking many pics.. some with all of them, some just the daughter and them, etc. I wouldn't jump to conclusions.

I would never have an issue with who he is dating but are we just gonna ignore the fact that them 3 are taking a pic with the daughter sitting on the bench. I would include all the children in the pic.

I wouldn’t deny the father of my child the right to see his daughter over a picture 🤷🏼‍♀️

That would sting a little.
But I can’t help that he would have moved on with his life and I wouldn’t want my daughter to stop seeing her father because of my insecurities and jealousy. 
My main concern is that my daughter is safe and loved and I would want to know that she has that wherever she goes.
