Fitness while pregnant?
I’m having a very difficult time finishing normal workout routines that I’ve been successful with for almost a year. I’m 9 weeks pregnant and I feel less energized. Last night at the gym, I could only get through 10 minutes of cardio and 2 sets of 6 different reps. I normally do 20 minutes of cardio and 3 sets of 6 different reps. Do I push myself to complete what my body has been conditioned to do or is it right to stop like I did last night? I felt completely out of breathe and exhausted. What’s everyones work out plan?
