Wedding in 4 Months! Need some weight loss tips
I live a steady life style of fast food and serious lack of water. I'm like the poster child for unhealthy. 😓 I know a big difference will come from cutting out fast food and drinking more water but ladies... 😅

All I'll drink is maybe two to three brisks or snapples a day and will (TMI) have to pee non stop. And let's face it. I'm weak! Fast food is my happy place 😂😂😂 it's hard to break bad habits. Any good tips on how to get started? How to eat better without getting rid of the good food? 😂 Also, any motivation will be appreciated too!
